BEHEMOTH BREWING COMPANY Auckland, New Zealand
Founded in 2013 by Andrew Childs, Behemoth Brewing Co. has grown into one of New Zealand’s most awarded and beloved independent craft breweries. BLACK HOPS BREWING Gold Coast, Queensland
What started in 2014 as a conversation over beers between three mates—Dan, Eddie, and Govs—led to their first creation, the now iconic Eggnog Stout. By 2016, Black Hops Brewing had opened its first brewery and taproom in Burleigh Heads, and soon after, was crowned Australia’s Champion Small Brewery at the Independent Beer Awards. Black Hops continues to push boundaries with standout brews like The G.O.A.T. BLACKMAN’S BREWERY Torquay, Victoria
Highly awarded craft beers from power couple Jess and Renn Blackman. Renn is a qualified brewer out of Fremantle WA, who along with his awesome team brews and cans they produce on site. Jess brings a strong background in hospitality and business management. Crowned Champion Small Australian Brewery at the Australian International Beer Awards in 2019, the Blackman’s produce a huge range of craft brews across their core range and limited release beers, with multiple Australian Indie Beer Awards gold medal winners among them.

BRACKET BREWING Marrickville, New South Wales
Father son duo Mark and Mike started Bracket Brewing, a deliberately small, family run independent nanobrewery, in 2020 in the heart of Alexandria, Sydney. No big investors, no big sales contracts and an unexpected move to Marrickville, the new home of Bracket Brewing. Mark and Mike brew simply because they love beer and the craft beer community, producing an ever-changing array of well-crafted beers.

BRIGHT BREWERY Bright, Victoria
Bright Brewery was born in 2005 from a passion for well made beer, a love for the town of Bright and its pristine alpine environment. Founded by Scott Brandon, his late wife Fiona Reddaway and their friends David and Julia, driven by a desire to make beer great and to share Bright’s spectacular surrounds. The Bright brewers love experimenting with different flavours and consider themselves lucky to be located in a pristine mountain valley renowned for hops growing, no wonder their beers have also won Australian Independent Beer Awards Gold.

Capital Brewing Co. was founded in September 2016 by Canberra locals and longtime mates Tom Hertel and Laurence Kain. Their philosophy ‘Good Natured’ guides everything they do, from brewing to business, with a focus on sustainability, community, and quality.
Located near Brindabella National Park, Capital uses some of the world’s purest water and sources fresh, natural ingredients locally wherever possible to reduce their environmental impact. COMMON PEOPLE BREWING CO. Bangalow, New South Wales
We’d argue that the team behind Common People are one in a million, same goes for their beer. The team work closely with farmers, producers and other local businesses within the Northern Rivers region, a philosophy that gives rise to brewery and beers that taste anything but common and they have the medals to prove it—gold, silver and bronze at the Australian Indie Beer Awards and accolades in the Untappd Community Awards. It’s not just about the beer —environmental responsibility is at the heart of everything they do. FUTURE BREWING Saint Peters, New South Wales
After a trip to the US in 2014, Brady and Laura were inspired by the craftsmanship of breweries and a seed of passion was planted. This passion became an obsession, and slowly but surely Brady and Laura began to build the foundations of what would become Future Brewing. Packing up their lives in Sydney, Brady and Laura left for the states to immerse themselves in the Californian brewing scene.
Future Brewing is an independent microbrewery in St Peters, Sydney. Their focus is on quality beer using forward thinking brewing techniques, creating balance and flavour in every beer they brew. Future Brewing aims to push the boundaries of modern brewing while respecting the methods of the past.

HAWKERS BREWING Reservoir, Victoria

KAIJU! BEER Dandenong South, Victoria
Founded in 2013 by brothers Nat and Callum Reeves, KAIJU! Beer burst onto the scene with their explosive first release, Aftermath Double IPA—a brew so bold it sparked a statewide shortage of Simcoe hops. LAST DROP BREWERY Bedfordale, Western Australia
Established in 1992, Last Drop Brewery is Western Australia’s oldest operating craft brewery, nestled in the scenic Perth Hills of Bedfordale. The brewery itself has a rich backstory—originally built in a medieval Bavarian village, it was transported and reassembled by German Master Brewer Horst Kempf, bringing centuries of brewing tradition to WA. SEEKER BREWING Wollongong, New South Wales
Located in the industrial heart of Unanderra on the south side of ‘the Gong’, Seeker Brewing is a space where locals and travellers come together. Founded by head brewer Jeff Argent, known for his work with gypsy brewing outfit Grassy Knoll Brewing, impressively garnering multiple medals at the 2021 Australian International Beer Awards (AIBAs). SHAPESHIFTER BREWING CO Findon, South Australia

Based on Kombumerri country, Sobah blends mindful drinking with Indigenous culture. SPOTTY DOG BREWERY Hobart, Tasmania
Independent Tassie beer, with a growing reputation. At the helm is Head Brewer Rhyley Wellsmore, who began his craft in Germany and refined it at some of Australia’s largest breweries before bringing his expertise to this family-run operation. WAYWARD BREWING CO. Camperdown, New South Wales
Founded in 2012 by homebrewer Peter Philip, Wayward has carved its name into the craft beer scene with inventive, preservative free, unfiltered beers that put a fresh twist on traditional styles. Head Brewer Shaun Blissett brings a wealth of experience to the team and the beers have picked up serious recognition at both the Australian International Beer Awards and the Indies. WHITE BAY BREWERY Balmain, New South Wales
Founded in 2020 by industry veterans Adam Trippe-Smith, Tim Fishwick, and Tim Condon, White Bay Beer Co. has turned a historic Rozelle steel mill into one of Sydney’s most exciting breweries. Known for clean, refined beers with a modern twist, White Bay’s Munich Lager has taken top honours—winning Champion Australian Indie Beer at the 2022 Independent Beer Awards and Champion Lager at the Sydney Royal Beer & Cider Awards.

WOLF OF THE WILLOWS Mordialloc, Victoria
Founded in 2014 by husband and wife team Scott and Renae McKinnon, Wolf of the Willows is a Melbourne based craft brewery known for its small batch, modern ales. YULLI’S BREWS Alexandria, New South Wales
Yulli’s Brews founded by Karl Cooney and head brewer James Harvey, the duo originally began crafting beers for vegetarian restaurant, Yulli’s in Surry Hills. The duo won their first-prize at Vic on the Park’s 2014 Home Brew Competition.
